Consolidated is equipped to offer you comprehensive printing and bindery services. We run eight offset presses and five letterpress stations. The same high level of personal attention and care that your project receives before and during printing applies during finishing, binding, and shipping, as well. We have complete bindery capabilities to handle the most complex projects – from machine trimming and folding to hand-worked presentation pieces and from saddle-stitched booklets to perfect-bound books. When your job is ready, we mail, ship, or deliver per your request.

To give your printed materials added luster and protection, we run them on our five-color Komori sheet-fed offset press outfitted with a sixth unit for applying aqueous coatings in-line. A four-color Komori provides high-quality process printing for jobs that do not require spot colors or coating. For extra efficiency, our two-color Komori 40” can be converted to print one color on both sides of a sheet in a single pass. For scoring, die cutting, embossing, numbering, and specialty work, we have letterpress units integrated with the latest printing technology.
